Ingrid has a technical-economic and pedagogical education. She has worked in the Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for the Roma Community. She has been working in the non-profit sector since 2008, where in addition to human rights issues, Roma inclusion and gender equality, she works as an expert and member of working groups in pre-primary, primary and inclusive education. She is the founder of the civic associations Quo vadis, o.z. and Montessori, o.z., kindergartens, art school and leisure center.
