In 2015, Lucia defended her dissertation on the topic of the right to privacy and obtained a PhD. in the field of international law. She is a co-author of a commentary on the Public Procurement Act. She is a co-founder of OZ Dúhové rodiny (Rainbow Families). Since 2015, she has also been providing free legal advice in the LGBTI People’s Counseling Center and is a member of the LGBTI People’s Rights Committee. She leads the PS Legislative Team. She addresses the issue of equality and dignity, in particular the rights of minority people and gender equality. She also focuses on supporting (all) families and socially disadvantaged and vulnerable people.
